Executive chef Derek Myers was trained at the prestigious Dubrulle Culinary School in Vancouver, Canada, and prides himself on his innovative and creative cooking, and his commitment to providing the most special and delicious dishes.
The contemporary and inventive menu holds something for everyone, with amazing seafood dishes, lovingly crafted meat specialities and tasty vegetarian options. A small sample of the appetizers available includes Yellowfin Tuna with soy and miso emulsion, lime gremolata, srirachi aioli and tero chips, or Seafood Ceviche with pineapple, tagarashi, citrus, avocado, and chili rice crispies. For vegetarians, there is Grilled Artichoke Hearts or Truffled Egg Toast.
Popular main dishes are the Seafood Gumbo with jasmine rice, Maryland Crab Cakes with manchego cheese mash, peppers, carrots and chipotle romesco sauce, and the Bone-in Rib Eye with sea salt potatoes, green aioli, haricots vert, chanterelle mushrooms and sauce bordelaise.
For dessert, why not sample the Salted Caramel Pot de Crème with rosemary waffles, whipped balsamic and grilled pear compote. Or you can taste the delicious Ginger Bread Toffee Pudding with medjool date sauce, ginger ice-cream and crème anglaise.
