Four Ways Inn Restaurant – Paget Parish

The Four Ways Inn restaurant offers a memorable dining experience in one of Bermuda’s most historic buildings. Commissioned by John Harvey, of Harvey’s Bristol Cream Original Superior Sherry, the inn was built as a private residence in 1727, and retains much of its original character.

The Inn has won various awards, and Bermudian Magazine voted Four Ways Inn the winner of Best Brunch, Best Chef and Most Attentive Staff in their Best of Bermuda Awards 2012.

The highly trained wait staff provide a smooth and faultless service, and the large yet intimate dining room welcomes the diner with a live pianist and soft candle lighting on some nights. Alternatively, al fresco dining is available in the beautiful covered Palm Garden.

This elegant gourmet restaurant boasts a multi-national cuisine and speciality French dishes, created by the exceptionally talented Executive Chef Tommy Poh and his expert team of professionals. They cater to a wide range of tastes, and offer special dishes for vegetarians and the health-conscious.

Popular appetizers include the Maine Lobster Salad, Roasted Beet and Fennel Salad, and Blue Cheese Soufflé. Some dishes are prepared table-side, further adding to the flair of the meal.

There are a wide range of main dishes to entice any palate; the Chateaubriand is exceptionally popular, as is the Horseradish-Crusted Salmon, and the Scallop and Sage Gnocchi.

The dessert menu offers such sinful delights as the Decadent Chocolate Fondant, the Dark and White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry Shortcake, and a range of different soufflés.

There is an extensive wine list to complement every flavor, and the restaurant was awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2013.

After dinner, guests are invited to relax with a drink in the cosy Peg Leg Bar, or enjoy a fine Cuban cigar on one of the charming porches.
