The Waterlot Inn Restaurant

Honored with the AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator awards, The Waterlot Inn in Bermuda is a prestigious and historic steakhouse that offers sensational food, wine, and service in a stunning dockside location, which overlooks the serene beauty of Jews Bay in Southampton.

Built in 1670, The Waterlot Inn is a graceful two-story manor house that was once used as a warehouse by merchant sailors. The historic roots of the building are reflected in its internal features, which include a colonial staircase, high beamed ceilings and oil paintings of the Clipper ships favored by the merchants.

Diners can enjoy pre-dinner cocktails in the upstairs bar or gardens, with the local favourite being the Dark’N’Stormy, a delicious blend of Gosling’s Black Sea Rum and ginger beer served over ice.

The dining room provides a charming and romantic atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal, with intimate spaces and ambient lighting perfectly complementing the historic mood of the Inn.

The Dock, with its contemporary furnishings and relaxed vibe, is the perfect place to catch a heavenly sunset over the bay. The outdoor kitchen serves fantastic grilled dishes to be enjoyed with the relaxed atmosphere and great music.

Although famous for its steak and chops, the Waterlot Inn provides an incredible multi-cuisine seasonal menu, with Continental and seafood dishes amongst the most popular. The restaurant also runs a special lobster festival, and there is a separate lobster menu available.

Popular appetizers (priced from $14) include the Bermuda Fish Chowder, made with Gosling’s Black Sea Rum, the Lobster Bisque and the house-smoked Beef Brisket.

The signature dishes for dinner include the Beef Rib Cap, Surf and Turf and the Fillet Mignon Rossini. Main dishes are priced from $44.

To finish, there is the famous Bermuda Sticky Toffee Pudding, Wild Berry and Honey Cheesecake or Chocolate Marquise, and desserts are priced from $13.
