There is a range of tempting mains prepared on the grill, including Grilled Angus Beef Strip Loin, Slow Rotisserie Duck, or Broiled Shrimp and Blackened Mahi-Mahi, all served with the freshest local vegetables.

Popular desserts include Warm Brick Oven Cherry Tart, and Dark Devil Chocolate Cake with Kahlua cream froth and passion fruit sauce.

The bar is well stocked with a variety of drinks, wine, and cocktails, all served with flair and charisma.
