Beachside Dining:
- Coconuts at The Reefs Resort is a romantic beachfront dining experience with a Bermuda inspired menu. You can pay an additional $35 per person and make reservations for tables on the beach. The $35 gets you the reservation guarantee, a complimentary glass of Prosecco, & chocolate truffle. They only have a maximum of 14 people on the beach for dinner, and so it is an intimate and romantic evening.
- Mickey’s Beach Bistro is on wooden decking on the beach and a part of the Elbow Beach Hotel. Great food with an expansive beach for a long after-dinner walk.
- Breezes at Cambridge Beaches Resort is another restaurant with wooden decking just off a beach.
- Organize a picnic at any of the island’s more secluded beaches through this company: Eettafel Bermuda.
Steakhouse:
- Waterlot Inn – the best steakhouse in Bermuda. Gracefully nestled dockside on Jew’s Bay, the Waterlot Inn offers breathtaking sunsets and proudly boasts both AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator Awards.
French Cuisine:
- Beau Rivage – classic French cuisine across the City of Hamilton’s harbor at the Newstead Belmont Hills hotel offering harbor views of the city.
In the City of Hamilton:
- Any of these fine-dining restaurants in the City of Hamilton are worth visiting – Ascots, The Little Venice, Port o Call, or Barracuda Grill – with Barracuda Grill offering a locally focused menu.
- Then to round out the list of restaurants in the City of Hamilton, at the Hamilton Princess, check out 1609 where they offer a fantastic harbor-side place to dine.
In the Eastern End of the Island
- Either restaurant at The Loren – the Maree Lounge or Pink Beach Club. They are excellent fine dining restaurants with a touch of modern luxury.
- Island Brasserie is at Rosewood Tucker’s Point resort. They have a menu filled with local ingredients and are one of the island’s top restaurants.
- Tempest Bistro or Wahoo’s – both in the historic Town of St. Georges. It is nice to have dinner here and walk around the town for a short while before heading back to your accommodations. You can have dinner at one place and a drink at another. There are around 3-4 restaurants/bars in the small historic town all within a short walking distance. It offers a fun local atmosphere.
- Swizzle Inn (Bailey’s Bay) have lunch in the middle of an adventure exploring caves and Blue Hole Park. The restaurant is within walking distance of both Blue Hole Park, Crystal & Fantasy caves, and Bailey’s Ice Cream (for an after-lunch snack).
Other Recommended Restaurants:
- Fourways Restaurant – great food in a historic building.
- Coral Reef Café at the Pompano Beach Club Hotel. They offer spectacular views of the turquoise colored water below.
- Swizzle Inn (South Shore) – this is another laid-back lunch adventure opportunity. Sit down and have cocktails and lunch before heading over to the beautiful national park of Southlands. Come and see the towering trees with vines all the way to the ground. In this enchanting and protected nature preserve, there is also a beach across the street with pink sand and gem-like blue waters.
