Much like NASCAR, the America’s Cup is, is the Formula-1 on water. It is the oldest active trophy in international sport, predating Modern Olympics by decades, marking itself as one of the hardest trophies to win. Since 1851 just four nations have won: Australia (once), New Zealand and Switzerland (twice) and the USA (28 times). The last winners being the Oracle Team USA are set to be the defending team in the next championship. In June 2017, once again, for the 35th time, the challengers will go head-to-head against each other to battle it out for the cup.
