One of only 13 Wauquiez catamarans ever built, Ana Luna is a continual reminder of what happens when you blend innovation with French luxury. After departing the port in Queens Warehouse, St George’s, you’ll have plenty of time to relax, either on one of the trampolines near the bow or under the covered cockpit in the back of the catamaran. All over, the boat offers a fantastic view of the surrounding island and the open ocean. Captain Nathan and his staff on-board are dedicated to accommodating your every need while on the water and are more than happy to answer any questions about the history and ecology of Bermuda’s waters and reef. Above all, their philosophy is one of ‘fun’, and whether they’re guiding you through the turquoise waters on one of their snorkel & sail trips, or simply taking you on a sunset cruise to marvel at mating schools of glow worms, you can be guaranteed to come away with unforgettable memories.

POSSIBILITIES FOR YOUR CHARTER EXPERIENCE IN BERMUDA

- Snorkeling – Private charters are available 7 days a week, and grouped snorkeling charters are available from May 24th – September 15th. Charter it with just your group (see rates above) or head out with other visitors to the island on a grouped charter for $89/person. Ana Luna offers instruction before getting in the water to ensure you are comfortable snorkeling. The captain will also educate you on the different fish you’ll see. - Sail & Swim – Maybe you just want to head out to a beach or area to float around and swim. Maybe swim up to a beach somewhere and relax with your group of friends, family, clients, whoever. The point is that everyone is relaxed and enjoying themselves on the water. Days on the water are always well spent.
- Champagne Sunset Charter – Sail off into the sunset and depart from Grotto Bay dock two hours before sunset. The Ana Luna sails past Bermuda’s most concentrated historic relics into the vast expanse off the North Shore, along with views from Royal Naval Dockyard. Two glasses of champagne are included along with light organic snacks in this two-hour scenic cruise, one on the way out and one more glass on the way back in. In-between, there will be a cash bar (or tabbed bar for private charters). It is the perfect type of charter to arrive back at the dock in time for dinner at a nearby restaurant. - Glow Worms – Perhaps one of Bermuda’s most treasured aquatic attractions, the presence of bioluminescent glow-worms in the water is a highlight of many ‘live aboard’ or evening sunset cruises. During mating season, they exhibit very predictable patterns of behavior, lighting up the water two to three days after the full moon for a full hour after sunset. After champagne and an hour of glow-worm viewing we head back to Grotto Bay – the whole cruise takes about three hours. Private charters: See rates above. Grouped bookings: $89/person.

- Boutique Scuba Diving – Ana Luna offers a private platform to dive from and a captain who is one of the top guides for East End dive sites in Bermuda. The captain, along with fully certified divers, are there to offer their expertise and support for your diving experience. Ana Luna offers a stable platform to dive from with towels, a freshwater shower, full lunch, and tank air for two dives. Divers provide their own equipment and dive in buddy pairs. It is possible to rent equipment at Dive Bermuda, the on-site dive shop at Grotto Bay, where Ana Luna is docked. On private diving charters with the Ana Luna, you’ll also have a guide to dive with you and bring you along to the best areas. Please note: the Ana Luna or Thinking of Bermuda are not responsible for any incidents that occur while divers are in the water. Ana Luna Adventures is not a dive shop, nor do they provide instruction; they are strictly a platform to dive with your scuba buddy, enjoy the yacht’s amenities, and have lunch.
