Group Arrival and Departure Experience
After having received your group dates and confirmed hotel, we would be very pleased to quote on airport transfers, with meet & greet services.
We’ll work with your travel team, the hotel convention services manager, and front office manager to share and coordinate travel manifests for arrivals, and departures, to determine bag pulls if necessary, among other finer details too.
Your guests will proceed quickly through Immigration and to the baggage claim area. The pink-shirted skycaps will be expecting your valued client group, having been notified to be on stand-by by our company. The head captain, and his team, will have customized welcome signs with your travel manifest of the group, provided by our company. They will be pre-paid to assist so that your arriving VIP travelers do not pay for their services.
If you produce luggage tags expressly for the trip, we’d like to be able to show one to the crew for quick identification of your VIP travelers. After a guest obtains their luggage, they will proceed to the Pre-Arranged Transportation Area, assisted by the skycaps. As guests clear customs, they will be met by staff from our company and escorted into luxury mini-vans and motor coaches staged in a private loading area. Our fleet of vehicles include 6-seat, 10-seat and 14-seat vans. We are able to sub-contract for 21 and 28 passenger vans as well. Our transportation partner maintains a full time office at the airport, with a dedicated, staffed desk.
All taxi “mini-vans” are air-conditioned, one-three years old, and well-maintained. Drivers are articulate and dressed in button down shirt and smart trousers. Our staff wears a uniform and has professional, printed signage to assist in identifying your guests.
Our Pricing Quote includes professional signage for skycaps in the baggage claim, in awaiting taxis and for meet/greet team in the pre-arranged arrivals area. We’ll also provide chilled bottled Fiji waters if would like to add this amenity. We will also prepare departure notices for delivery to each guestroom on the afternoon prior to leaving, if desired.
As well, our service includes professional staff for departures at the hotel, along with a taxi dispatcher and curbside at the airport to pre-pay skycaps to assist your VIP guests from their taxi “mini-vans”. This service is helpful because of possible lost items, closure to event, flight delay possibilities, so on.
Please note that it is possible to have VIP cars on standby during a program, to have a Mercedes mini-van service for executives if desired, among other customization for your program.

Knowledgeable staff members are available for up to 8-hour shifts. Brochures on activities, dining, things to see will be made available.
Our hospitality desk professionals wear uniforms, are able to book individual tours, describe and manage the group tours that have been designed especially for your group, provide information about the island, support your group/travel team and assist in liaison with the hotel convention service team.
